Motor Vehicle Crash – Sussex Hwy

On September 18, 2006, BVFC was alerted at 23:40hrs for a MVC on Sussex Hwy and Concord Rd. in the area of Royal Farms. Chief Fensick responded in POV and assumed Sussex Hwy command. While enroute, Chief Fensick was advised by Sussex of a tractor trailer vs. car with one priority 3 patient. B-71 responded and was advised upon their arrival to do patient care. Rescue 71 responded and was advised to split their crew for patient care and securing the car and to clear the roadway. Chief Fensick placed situation under control at 23:59hrs with last 71 unit available at 00:15hrs. 71 units responding (B-71, 71-6, 71 Fire Police and DSP)
