Fatal MVC- Bethel Concord Rd.

On the morning of November 17, 2006, BVFC was alerted to a serious MVC with entrapment on Bethel Concord Rd. On arrival of 71 Command, Deputy Chief Chaffinch advised he had entrapment with a possible Priority 4 patient. Rescue 71 was advised to perform extrication on the vehicle. The roof was removed and the patient was pronounced DOA. Road remained closed for approximately 2hrs for investigation. Units responding- 71 Command, B71, Rescue 71, 71-5, Medic 102, EMS 200, DSP and DSP FAIR Team.
